In order to be eligible for a full refund, return must be made immediately or within 7 days after order delivery date. This is solely based on time stamp from the postal service in your country.
Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you and credit a payment in 3 business days.
Returned items must be in good condition, well wrapped just like we sent to you.
We do not accept return because of the claims about item dimension, item not match your design, local shipping carriers (ex. USPS, Royal Mail, etc) lost your pacakge but the online shipping status shows that the pacakge is already in your country (in this case, please contact your local shipping carrier directly and we can help contact our shipping carrier on our end)
Recently, we found that some customer keep some of the items and partial return and expecting a full refund. We further investigate and can not issue a full refund because she is not honest. Please don't do that to us. We offer our products at very affordable price which means very low margin.
If you need a full refund, send it back in a timely manner and in condition just like we ship it to you.
In case you return the item for refund after 7 days of the timestamp from Post office, the refund is subject for 15% restocking fee from the refund amount.
We do not refund shipping charge.
Other cases you could claim for money back is we ship the wrong items or the item is damaged because of us. Please contact us asap, we are happy to help resolve the issue.
